At Espionage Protectables, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During launch periods, sales, or other high-volume times, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and commence once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Espionage Protectables is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, courier providers, customs, or other events outside our control.

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Espionage Protectables is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed during or after shipping.
