Returns & Refunds Policy

At Espionage Protectables, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • is unused

  • is in original condition

  • is in its original packaging

  • is not damaged in any way

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns where:

  • the item has been used

  • the item has been damaged after delivery

  • the item is not returned in its original condition

  • the return request is made outside the applicable return period

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at espionage.protectables@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Timing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
